Bet that was't what you thought when you read that title! Well, I am getting bored with hiking on the treadmill, so I thought I'd shake it up. Wouldn't you know Billy Blanks popped up on my YouTube feed! I say that's a great motivation right there. I remember doing this. It kicked my butt and I was younger then. Imagine what It'll do to me now!?
I think it's worth it though. I enjoy learning martial arts, and Billy Blanks was a genius to incorporate that into a workout. I find it fun and it gives you a good cardio workout. Also, I have hit a plateau in my weight loss. I know I shouldn't complain, it's only been two weeks, but something tells me I need to add in a little something to start losing the rest of that 45 lbs I want gone.
